Here are some sketches for consideration. I decided to to against making a ballgown skirt since you wore poofy last year, and there will be so much going on at the top with the feathers, that there was no reason to have a lot of business at the bottom.
Note there are a number of sketches with different sleeve options within the same image and if you like one top and a different waistline or skirt, I have no problem with a mix and match.
